Golden Tulip, a brand created and operated by Louvre Hotels Group, is part of the 2nd largest hospitality Group in the world, Jin Jiang International. The latter plans to open the hotel in Tbilisi in the near future.

The total amount of investment is approximately $15 million. The 80-room hotel will offer guests high-quality restaurant services.

"While working on the concept of the hotel, we tried to create a modern product, which would have Georgian elements, in terms of the country's history and culture. Each room has unique pieces of artwork. One can find the Georgian alphabet in the living room.", noted the Chief Executive Officer of Block Group, Tornike Janashvili.



"Block Group" has been represented by the holding structure for the last thirty years, and covers more than 40 fields, including healthcare, construction, logistics, energy, business.
