What obstacles are in your business and familiarize us with your vision of solving problems? As a rule, boutique hotels chase the problem with finding and training the staff. Basically, a young, inexperienced persons try to get in comparatively small hotels for practice, learn its job and then move to a larger or the brand hotels. This leads to regular changes and this process is permanent. Frequent changes have bad influence on staff motivation and make their motives only to grow up professionally but not the loyalty to hotel. Of course, professionals have to grow up and "Old Meidan"  encourages them, but this is becoming difficult to keep staff in small hotels. Also the problem of classification, standardization, the tax system, all the issues that are relevant in terms of the hotel management problems.

What do you think about national award – Welcome To Georgia? Such awards are a stimulus for all the hotels, either it brand or not, medium or large. It is nice when the work is appraise, service will find reflect in visitors and partners comments, increasing sales and most important – confidence is growing for such competitions and as well as confidence of guests about  hotels.

How would you summarize the 2016 tourist seasons? The summer season is undoubtedly justified expectations. There was an increase in visitors. Annual growth of 8% over the evidence. Our statistics indicate the fact that the 2025-year plans, which are some of the tourism development strategy, it might be fulfilled which exceeded expectations and go beyond the limits.
