Corporation Kindzmarauli plans to launch production of ice-cream with wine. At this stage, the company is conducting negotiations with Georgian and foreign manufacturers of ice-cream products, the company director general Nugzar Ksovreli told BM.GE.
The company plans to open outdoor ice-cream cafe, which will operate near the company’s winery in summer period. The ice-cream cafe will mainly serve foreign tourists, where they will be able to taste ice-cream with wine.
“We are conducting negotiations with several ice-cream manufacturers. We will organize an ice-cream cafe and services. Regretfully, there is no outdoor ice-cream cafe in Kvareli, which would offer ice-cream and confectioneries to consumers. This facility will be named as Wine and Ice-cream, where ice-cream with wine will be produced by our order. ‘
We have wines that are combined with ice-cream, for example, 16-16, liquor wine that has been specially created to be tasted jointly with ice-cream. We have red and white varieties. At this stage, we are making Kisi of withered grape. This product will be manufactured in small volumes, but it will serve tourism direction. I hope we will open it by May. ”, Nugzar Ksovreli said.
