Co-investment Fund plans to open a hotel in Shekvetili in summer period, Irakli Karseladze, head of the Fund’s supervisory board, told Business Course.

“This summer we will open 5-star hotel in Shekvetili, which will be exemplar and very respectful hotel in Black Sea basin”, Karseladze noted.

The hotel will comprise 220 suites with a view to the sea, 1 600 square meter aquarium, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, winter garden and thematic restaurants, spa and magnetic sand services, children entertainment center, giant water toboggan, sports playgrounds, movie theater. Total investment value of the project is 75 million USD.
