Green Valley International Real Estate Group, one of the largest real estate companies in the United Arab Emirates, will start construction of “green city” in Tabakhmela from the beginning of October.

Green Valley City project will cover 88 thousand square meters, 35% of the area will be covered by green plants. At the same time, modern architecture integration will be combined with the highest standards of environmental protection.

The project implies development of swimming pools, soccer, basketball,  tennis courts, public parks and children’s zones, Turkish baths, supermarket, luxury restaurants, cafes and retail sales facilities.

Investment is worth of 30-35 million USD.

The Arabic company started construction of the tunnels in Gonio in May this year. TWIN TOWERS consists three towers, two 28-storey and one 20-storey building.

The construction will be completed in 2021. Hotels will be located in the hotels which will be managed by Green Valley.
