Construction of large multifunctional complex in Zemo Vedzisi is planned.Developing company “Crystal Building” is going to implement the project.

The company has already developed a project, but currently it is being adjusted to the city’s general plan.

Crystal Building is planning to build 5-star hotel, business center, residential complex and recreational center in Zemo Vedzisi. The value of the project is 120 million USD.

”Everything what we do, must be adjusted to city general plan. Architects are working on it to make it compatible,”- says Vano Lomidze, Project Manager.

Crystal Building implements projects in two other sites as well: Hotel in Kobuleti and multifuctional complex in Ortachala.
