On October 11 representatives of Prevention and Monitoring Department of Public Defender of Georgia carried out a monitoring of joint operation for readmission of 63 citizens of Georgia illegally residing in EU member countries.

The process was coordinated by FRONTEX.

“Monitoring of reception, verification and transportation of the due persons was carried out in continuous regime. The readmission process has not recorded any incident and no special means were applied.
