Four Seasons hotel is expected to open on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi. Application for hotel construction at Rustaveli Avenue N12 was submitted to Tbilisi municipal office of architecture. The applicant has already obtained a license on preliminary agreement for hotel draft.

The project will be implemented on 24 590 square meter space.
If the project is implemented, Four Seasons will have its first brand hotel in Georgia.

The mentioned property is owned by Eter Gaiashvili, Silknet, LLC Noa-Noa and Georgian Airservice. BM.GE has contacted Silknet, but the company representatives noted that they own only a part of the building and they do not have similar project.

Another part of the building is owned by businessman Tamaz Gaiashvili.
