Myway Airlines is established by Chinese investment, it is company’s priority to employee Georgian citizens.

“This agreement was done from the very beginning, that every single position should be taken by locals, whether it is flight attendant or management. If there will be specific personnel needed that can’t be found in Georgia, we will start searching on international market only after that. At this stage, airline has employed 80 people, and 97% of them is local. Number of employees will increase, once we start operating. As for, flight attendants, we announced contest twice last year, selected local staff, of which were certified and some of them were retrained for specific board”,- said airline commercial director Igor Aptsiauri.

”As Myway Airlines” is a Georgian company and based in here, according to agreement with TAV, we get an opportunity to have our own catering service, while foreign companies are not allowed.”
