The Old Movie Theater, which is located on King Tamar Avenue in Tbilisi, has been put up for sales by Colliers International Georgia, real estate agency.

The company representatives told BM.Ge that the stating price of the building is 7 million USD. The pavilion is a historical monument and its appearance must be maintained. The new owner will have to obtain a consent from Ministry of Culture for adding specific changes to the building.
