Mano is the first Georgian girl to dare and start business in Pankisi with her friend. They created hiking-adventure camp- Pankisi Camping.

”Pankisi is not dangerous”-this is the message they want to spread boldly in tourism direction.

”We came up with the idea, did planning and started to set up camping in Khadory Valley, by Alazani river in isolated area. Mowed the hay, cleaned forest area, furnished trees, made spring, tables and chairs, built administrative building by wood. All these by our hands and friends’ support. Its development is still underway,”- shares Mano Kavtaradze to Marketer.

Pankisi Camping offers its guests overnight at cozy and chill area of forest, traditional Georgian and Qistian dishes, tours in Pankisi mountains, Tusheti, Khevsureti and Pshavi. Also horse rental/tours, mountain bikes and hiking inventory rental. professional, certified hiking guide services and wild nature photography tours.

At this stage, with existing equipment, they can host 45 people simultaneously, while site also gives opportunity to stay there with your own tent.
