Partnership Fund of Georgia has taken over a 100% stake in Borjomi-Likani International. Partnership Fund and LLC Kazmunaigas-Service signed official document on commercial agreement at Borjomi Likani hotel.

According to the official document, Partnership Fund was handed over 100% stake of LLC KMG-Service Georgia founded by Kazakh company KazmunaiGas – Service. LLC KMG-Service Georgia and Partnership Fund hold 50%-50% in Borjomi Likani International.
