The Land of Tsinandali Chavchavadze is preparing for the most important music festival. Virtues of classical music in the world will be gathered in open concert space in the house museum.

The land of Tsinandali has hosted world class stars several times. However, this year’s music season will be held in a specially constructed outdoor concert hall near the museum.

Tsinandali Music Center is cosidered for 1000 guests.

The musical season will be opened by a joint concert of Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, conductor, Zubin Mehta and Virtuoso Pianist Khatia Buniatishvili, on September 14.

This musical evening will be the beginning of international classical music which is a joint project of “Silk Road Group” and the Government of Georgia, which will be the analog of the world-famous Verbier festival.

The new musical space of the Chavchavadze land is the place where “Tsinandali Festival” will take place annually in August-September and the International Music Academy will be established within the festival.

“I am glad that Tsinandali festival has founded, which will continue the history of Tsinandali, the history of European and Georgian culture. This is not only a musical but educational initiative. Thank you very much for the Government of Georgia, personally Prime Minister. Without his support it would be impossible to start the initiative, “said Giorgi Ramishvili, Founder of Silk Road Group.

The concert has already caused great interest, so by Silknet’s decision, Silk Universal will provide a live broadcast of this musical evening.

Partners of the festival are: “TBC Status”, “Club Iveria”, “Porsche”, “Chronograph” and Media Support “National Geographic Georgia” and channel Silk Universal.

Tsinandali’s musical evening is held within “Check in Georgia”.
