Three million companies will compete for the construction of the 71-million project – Tbilisi Business House.

“Dagma LTD.”, “Construction-Industrial Investment Corporation Akord” and the partnership “Business House” presented their proposals in the tender announced by Municipal Development Fund. Currently the Tender Committee of the Fund is busy reviewing the proposals.

 “Dagi LTD” is a Georgian company which has received many state bidders, including rehabilitation of Mestia Center and Tskaltubo, as well as construction of hotel Anaklia and Ganmukhuri Amphitheater. However, Mestia’s rehabilitation 23-million project was arguable a few years ago. Mestia municipality demanded 6 million GEL return from the company.
