Another branded hotel will be added to Tbilisi this year. Construction of Marriott International’s new brand hotel MOXY is being actively carried.

Construction works of reinforced concrete are finished at this stage, doors – windows are being installed and internal works are carried. GBC reports relying on the source that over 20% of construction works are fulfilled. GMT Group builds hotel MOXY at Saarbruken Square with a credit line of 25 million obtained by OPIC.

The Group already holds Tbilisi Marriott and Courtyard Marriott. However, restaurant locating on Mtatsminda is owned by the Group as well. As for MOXY, a 130-room hotel will be a budget hotel for middle and low income travelers. To remind, cooperation of Marriott International and MOXY started in Milan in 2014. The success of the hotel resulted expand of the project by the authors.
