Glimpses of Georgia, a video prepared by the Bloomberg media platform on a commission by the Georgian National Tourism Administration, won the category of Tourism Films, the very best in corporate media & TV of the year award at the annual Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards, the national body said on Monday.

The video, a part of three promotional works produced by the media company, was honoured at the event for corporate films, online media and TV productions last week.

The GNTA said its partnership with Bloomberg in 2023 had seen the media company produce videos about the Georgian cuisine, winemaking and culture.

The effort include production of media involving presenters of Sorted Food, a British YouTube channel and food community.

The Georgian body’s partnership with Bloomberg has been in effect since 2019 and produced articles and video content on the country’s nature, adventure tourism, culture, nightlife, wine and gastronomy for social channels and Bloomberg's official website.
