Twenty-Seven Candidates to Run for Position of Chief of National Tourism Administration

A total of 27 applications have been submitted for the vacant position of the chief of National Tourism Administration Chief, BM.Ge was told at Ministry of Economy of Georgia.

At this stage, the Ministry is analyzing the applications, the Ministry officials noted. The deadline for submitting applications expired on January 6, 2019.

Candidates must have higher education in business administration, marketing, tourism, management or economics fields, as well as at least 5-year experience of operation in tourism or related sectors. 

It is also mandatory to have at least 3-year experience of working on a managerial position. The candidate must speak excellent English and Russian languages.
“After selection of applications, interviews will be held in legal time frames”, the Ministry officials noted. 

We remind you that the position of chief of National Tourism Administration became vacant after Giorgi Chogovadze was appointed as the head of Georgian Airports Association.
