Guria is one of the most beautiful regions of Georgia, but it turns out it’s not on the foreign tourists’ favorite list. For that reason, the head of Georgian National Library, Giorgi Kekelidze, who is of Gurian descent himself and whose Gurian Sketches has become one of the bestselling books in recent Georgian history, presents wonderful photos of this western Georgian region, saying that it is time to make Guria one of touristic destinations.
