Alcohol-free dog-Rose beer will appear on Georgian market in late September.
Shengeli Tokhosashvili from Pankisi Gorge plans to launch sales of the product. Initially, Qisturi beer will be sold in 1, 2 and 5-liter bottles.
“Last year I decided to participate in various grant competitions. Initially, I won USAID project Growth and obtained a small assistance. Now, I am beneficiary of state-funded project – Young Entrepreneur and I am waiting to receive a due grant. My family also helps me in terms of finances”, Tokhosashvili told BM.GE.
He finances the plant construction works himself, at this stage. The construction works will end in 2 months.
Beer prices will be afrodrable for all segents, Toskhosashivli said.
“We, Qists, have ancient tradition of brewing dog-reose alcohoc-free beer. Our family also follows this tradition and brews beer for various fests and events. Over the past period the demand for this beverage has increased”, Tokhosashvili said.
