Anaklia Seaport and Economic Zone Project Submitted to Business Sector in France

At the central head office of Business Confederation of France (MEDEF) Anaklia City executive director Keti Bochorishvili submitted the Anaklia Deep water seaport and economic zone project.

MEDEF representatives, including members of MEDEF International France Georgia Business council, MEDEF International deputy chairman Marie Ange Debon and Experto founder Ludovic Girod, hosted the Anaklia City director and French Ambassador to Georgia Mr. Pascal Meniet. Representatives of leading French companies attended the meeting. 

Jointly with Anaklia projects, the meeting participants also discussed Georgian business environment and investment opportunities. After meeting the Parties held answered questions about Anaklia deepwater seaport and economic zones and, in general, Georgia’s investment environment.

Anaklia City director Keti Bochorishvili has also met with representatives of Europe’s one of the major transport companies – Bolloré, one of the world’s top 50 major companies with 200-year history and 80 000 employees worldwide. 

At the meeting the parties discussed cooperation perspectives and the potential interest that the French company has for expansion of its services project to Central Asia and the Caucasus through Anaklia Seaport.
