The Commersant radio station has obtained exclusive information that Green Valley International Real Estate Group, one of the major real estate companies in United Arab Emirates, plans to build Towers in Gonio.

The company representative in Georgia Vakhtang Gurgenidze told the Commersant radio station that official presentation of the project will be held on Friday and besides company representatives, state officials are also invited to the event.

The company received all due licenses a month ago and active construction works will start in July. Gurgenidze explains that Twin Towers consist of three towers, two 28-floor and one 20-floor buildings.

“This will be the highest building in Gonio-Kvariati. We will start construction works and finish them in 2012. The first phase that calls for building 2 towers will end in 2 years. Hotels will function at the towers under the management of Green Valley”, Gurgenidze said.

Besides hotel, Shopping Mall will be placed on the territory, as well as restaurants, cafe-bars, playgrounds. The complex will have its own beach. Project’s investment value is 30-35 million USD.

The is the first project of the investor in Georgia.
