Colliers International Georgia will work on the framework plan for development of several districts of Tbilisi. The company has submitted the best offer as part of the announced tender.

The municipality has announced 2 tenders for developing the framework plan. Value of the first tender is 1.3 million GEL, another – 1.8 million GEL. Colliers has offered lower tariffs.

If the company successfully passes selection-appraisal stage, it will prepare framework documents for developing Eliava market, Academic City territory, Ortachala Gardens, Dolidze-Khiliani Streets, territories near Lisi Lake, Tbilisi Sea, Kojori-Shindisi, Big Dighomi and Gldani Lakes.
