Company “m2 Real Estate” announces the purchase of the hotel in the winter resort Gudauri. M2 invested 7.2 million USD for total operation. ”BK Construction” will carry out 134-room hotel construction. According to plan, hotel will host first guests at the beginning of winter season of current year.

The development of hotels network is one of the main directions of m2 strategy. According to the plan announced by the company, m2 plans to increase the number of hotel rooms up to 1000 over the next three years.
