Construction of Business House in Tbilisi is being started.

Company NCC will begin building of construction of energy efficient Business House in 10 days and the company should receive 10.087 million GEL for that purpose. Total construction term of the building, arranged with reinforced concrete, amounts to 7 months. Additional tenders will be announced on the other works.

It should be noted, that this facility “Green Building” will be the first building in Georgia, having Silver Certificate of LEED. Business House will provide development of physical, as well as electronic space, where business representatives will be able to receive service through one window principle. As it has been noted while submitting the project, the building will have a green roof, which will be supplied by solar energy.
