Eventer.ge plans to sue Gem Fest. The company representatives told BM.Ge that consultations are underway with lawyers and besides claims for compensation of financial losses, Eventer.ge may also sue Gem Fest on charges of roguery.
Gem Fest was to return incomes from sold tickets last week, but the company has not returned the money. Therefore, we have to apply to the court, Eventer.Ge representatives noted.
Eventer.Ge was selling tickets for Gem Fest and the Festival organizer was transferring the collected sums to the company account. The Festival failed and part of the tickets were not refunded, including nobody was refunded who had bought tickets through Eventer.ge portal. The due sum and number of sold tickets are not specified, but Eventer.ge representatives assert that Gem Fest has to pay quite serious amounts.
