The first hotel complex at the Shaori Lake will open in summer 2018. Mamuka Jmukhadze, director of the project implementing company GeoTechInvest, says that the construction works have ended and internal repairs are underway.

A lack of local communications was a problem at the hotel. The complex does not receive natural gas, while the government-constructed water supply network cannot valuably satisfy the complex needs. Since the complex owners have expansion plans, they have decided to arrange a new water supply system themselves.
The first hotel complex project at the Shaori Lake is being implemented as part of Host in Georgia state program. The complex will comprise 26 suites and the company will invest 1.5nlm GEL in its implementation.
