Four new investment projects of 16 million GEL will be implemented at Goderdzi Resort. According to Ministry of Finance and Economy, agreements have been signed on four new investment projects for Goderdzi Resort.
The new investment projects call for making 15.790 million GEL in building a hotel with 254 suites and employing 360 persons during the construction works and 75 local residents after the hotel inauguration.
The list of new investment projects:
1. LLC New Goderdzi – 4 million GEL investment, hotel with 100 suites. To employ 70 persons during construction works and 15 persons after hotel inauguration.
2. LLC GTM Group – 4.5 million GEL investment. Arrangement of the Lake and construction of 14 cottages. To employ 60 persons during construction process and 20 persons after the project completion.
3. LLC ARINA’S PLACE – 1.2 million USD investment, 15 cottages (32 suites). To employ 30 persons during construction works and 15 persons after project completion.
4. LLC New Time – 1.5 million USD investment, hotel complex with 90 suites. To employ 200 persons during the construction period and 25 person after completion of the works.
A new stage of economic development has started at the Goderdzi Resort. The first phase of privatization process has ended. At this stage, six high-level hotel complexes are being built at the Resort
1. total investment value is about 80 million GEL
2. 500 new job places
3. 435 accommodation places
4. The resort is developed as part of arrangement regulation plan.
5. Total length of Goderdi Ski Route is 8 kilometers.
6. The highest station is 2366 meters above the sea level.
