The founder of the company Sodi, Dominic Romano plans to arrange a new tourist attraction on the territory of the former Kinostudia.
Businessman envisages implementing several projects in Georgia, of which one of the largest projects is to develop a trading center and build a 150-room hotel near Kutaisi International Airport.
“I bought the cinema city plot in Tbilisi, which is a huge place and it was the first cinema in your country. It is a historical building that I will respect obviously and I will use the story of the building while developing it. Probably, I will do restaurants and some fancy things, conferential halls, hotel and co-working spaces. So this will be a small town in the middle of your town.”
Dominic Romano is the founder of real estate investment company Guibor. The company invests in real estate and tourism in France, Israel, and Georgia.
