The project investment value is 3 million USD. The project will be implemented by GDG company.

The company has already bought a 1 hectare land plot near the airport territory, where the hotel with 100 suits will be built. The complex will have a parking zone for 200 vehicles.

The hotel will be connected with the airport and will provide information about flights and registrations for potential passengers.

Currently, the airport passengers have to arrive in Kutaisi, Tskaltubo and Samtredia to stay at hotels, the businessman noted. 

The businessman plans to build another hotel with 25 suites in Vani. The facility will serve the high segment. The project’s investment value is 400 000 USD.

The second hotel construction works will start by the end of 2017.
