A 220-suite hotel will open in Kobuleti in 2021. Construction works started in August 2017 and the agreement obliges Crystal Building to finish the works in 42 months.

The hotel will comprise indoor and outdoor swimming pools, entertainment centers, casino, restaurants, cafe-bars, shopping mall of the international brand.

The company head Vano Lomidze told Business Course that they plan to invite one of the Las Vegas casinos to the casino management.

The company representatives are visiting Las Vegas and conducting negotiations with the network. The company wishes that the international network manage both casino and hotel. 

In response to the question whether the American brand casino will do business Kobuleti, Lomidze noted:

“Should I think that People, who pay so much money and enter so major project should will not justify?”, Vano Lomidze said.
