Co-investment Fund affiliated with Bidzina Ivanishvili, ex-Prime Minister of Georgia, explains the parking arrangement scheme on Freedom Square and disseminates photo materials.

Irakli Karseladze, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Fund assures that any person will be able to use the parking.

According to him, there is a parking lot of 80 cars in the red line near 7-star hotel complex under Freedom Square. He also notes that underground parking lot for 40 cars will be arranged within the frame of undertaking investment commitment.

“Consequently, underground and ground parking lots will accommodate 160 cars. As for the 7-star hotel at the Freedom Square, this huge project and investment is an unprecedented event for our capital. The hotel complex comprises a rope station, conference room with two different concepts, sports-recreation centers, A class office spaces, restaurants, bars and various leisure and entertainment attractions. It is absolutely public space and of course anyone can enjoy parking. By implementing this project, the capital and its population will get an unprecedented public space,” said Irakli Karseladze.

To remind, part of society strictly criticizes transfer of the territory to the fund.
