M2 works on replacement of post soviet buildings AKA ”Krushchovka”. The head of the development company M2 Irakli Burdiladze made the corresponding statement live on Business Morning.

According to him, negotiations with Tbilisi City Hall are already underway and they have it readyreplacement project on Kavtaradze and Vazha Pshavela.

”We have an ambitious project replacing old buildings. We actively work on receiving permission. We have a land on Saburtalo, where we want to settle inhabitants of post soviet buildings.

There are numerous perspectives, we cooperate with Tbili City Hall and they would like to support us, as mentioned buildings don’t meet safety standards.”- says Burdiladze.
