The Alliance Highline multifunctional complex is an ongoing project in Tbilisi carried out by the development firm Alliance Group.
As Temo Bitsadze, head of business development mentioned with BusinessPartner, the exclusive architecture complex includes three towers, of which the first one has 40 floors, the second one is 33-story and the third one – 26.
The third tower which will be the smallest will present international hotel brand Wyndham Garden. And the rest of the towers will accommodate premium-class apartments.
The multifunctional complex will be managed by the Swiss management company “Sophos Hotels SA”.
“When we announced we would complete the working processes in 2018, there was no regulation banning 24-hour working. This delayed the completion of the planned work since we worked a maximum of 14 hours instead of 24 hours. Additionally, we had underground floors in our original project 2 times less than we have now. For this we had to cut the rock, special reinforcement works were needed. This took about a year and a half.”, noted Temo Bitsadze.
According to him, due to the current circumstances, the total investment price of the project increased from $75 to $80 million. The architect of the project is Giorgi Khmaladze.
