Georgian National Tourism Administration launched new marketing campaign on the major American travel website TripAdvisor. Information on the tourism potential of the country will be placed on the resource in the next six months.
Head of the National Tourism Administration Giorgi Chogovadze and TripAdvisor’s Marketing Manager Chad Shiver arrived in Tbilisi with details of the campaign.
Georgia’s advertising campaign on Tripadvisor will cover ten countries – Germany, Poland, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Ukraine, Russia, Israel and Turkey. The cost of the campaign is USD 65 thousand.
Tripadvisor is the biggest media-plus-booking site with nearly 340 million unique monthly visitors.
In addition, one can find reviews and opinions about more than 5 million hotels, restaurants and attractions. Tripadvisor operates website in 45 countries of the world.
