At the end of October 2018 Samzeo hotel will open in Tusheti, Redix representatives told BM.GE. If there is good weather, the hotel construction works will end in late October. The facility is able to serve 200 visitors simultaneously. Total investments made up 6 million GEL.
Samzeo hotel will operate under the American brand Preferred Hotel Group, which unites about 650 exotic, boutique hotels worldwide.
Samzeo will be built in Omalo and will comprise 43 suites, including 10 luxury and 2 VIP apartments, a restaurant, lounge and spa. The hotel will have 4-star classification and will offer a full range of services.
Peculiarity of the hotel is that it will be equipped with 100% energy efficient systems, namely, solar power station 2will be installed on the hotel roof. At the same time, hot water and heating system will receive power from the expensive boiler system”, Redix representatives said.
