Representatives of Georgian-based tourism businesses on Friday said the hosting of the 2024 m&i Forum, an event for the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions tourism industry, next year in Georgia would make a “positive effect” on the tourism industry of the country.
Maka Kubusidze, the Founder of Click Holding event company, said the event would create an “excellent” opportunity for Georgia to position itself on the world business tourism map.
The country will have the opportunity to introduce Georgia and its leisure as well as business tourism opportunities to the representatives of 110 European companies. Georgian companies will have the opportunity to meet more than 40 buyers with high purchasing power in the B2B format, to establish a partnership with them in order to attract and hold interesting and high-budget events in Georgia in the future”, she said.
Sopo Meskhi, a representative of the Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel, said the Forum could bring “great success” to Georgia and its tourism industry.

Tamar Chkheidze, the Sales Director of the Paragraph Tbilisi and Paragraph Shekvetili hotels, said the event would raise Georgia’s awareness as a “new, interesting place” for holding business meetings and events.
Georgia will host the four-day event between June 30-July 4 next year.
