Rehabilitation of Green Lake Area in Khulo Municipality,Ajara will be completed next year. The final step of the rehabilitation of the access road to Green Lake is underway at this stage.

The 6,5 km long road groove and the expansion of the affected areas carried out by Adjara Roads and Amelioration Systems Management Department.

The Chairman of the Government of Adjara,Zurab Pataradze noted during the visit of the green lake area that, the beautiful green lake is a popular and touristic route in Ajara and has great prospects for mountain tourism development.

Zurab Pataridze visited Goderdzi Resorts with Zurab Churkveidze,head of the resort.

The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Ajara is in charge of implementing the project of rehabilitation of Green Lake Lake. The design process will be completed this year and rehabilitation works will start after that. According to the project, there will be resting places, the water system will be arranged and the trash bins will be placed.
