The Company Sarajishvili won a dispute of 9,783 million USD to American “Optima International Group”.

According to the company, after several years of dispute, the Supreme Court of Georgia acquitted Georgian company and remained the decision of Court of Appeals under the force.

The American company claims that the Georgian partner broke the agreement, signed in 2011 and demanded to pay 9 783 072 USD and 4887 GEL.

Sarajishvili declares that they have not violated any of the terms of the agreement and the company refused to satisfy the claim in 2013. Finally, the City Court imposed the plaintiff to pay 5000 GEL. However, the American company filed a suit in the higher instances.
