Sataplia tourism infrastructure has been put up for leasing. Agency of Protected Areas has already announced online auction.
The infrastructure located in Tskaltubo has been repaired and total space of the building is 1138 square meters.
According to the auction terms, annual leasing fee must be at least 25 433 GEL, including VAT. Total value of the property is 1 695 523 GEL.
The winner must insure the leased property for the leasing period and ensure public order, cleaning and firefighting measures on the territory.
The winner must ensure valuable operation of hotel and cafeteria on the Sataplia territory and invest 500 000 GEL for 3 years.
