ilk Road Group plans to build Silk Tower in Batumi jointly with Georgian Co-investment Fund (GCF). The company and the Fund have already signed a memorandum.

The Silk Road Group director told CNBC that Batumi Silk Tower will be built according to the architectural concept agreed with Donald Trump and the Trump Organization. The project’s value is 100mln USD.

Construction of Trump Tower residential complex was implemented on the ground of license agreement signed in March 2011, but the process was ceased in 2017 by consent of the parties.
