According to 2017 January-October data, the number of international travelers exceeded 6.4 million. 6 430 824 international travelers visited Georgia,which is 1 016 180 more compared to the same period of last year (growth +18%).

By 10 months, the number of foreign travelers, or tourists, who exceeded 24 hours and more, reached 3 042 907, which is 665 327 more than the January-October indicator (growth + 28%).

According to his information, the largest number of visits is from Azerbaijan (+ 10.8%), Armenia (+ 15.8%), Russia (+ 33.3%), Turkey (-4.1%) and Iran (+ 122.8%) during 10 months.

The positive trend is maintained in the EU countries, from which the number of arrivals in Georgia is increased in January – October – 40%, the UK + 36.8%, Netherlands + 34.6%, France + 30.4% and Germany + 29.1%. Saudi Arabia is + 171.5%, Kuwait + 150.3%, Iran + 122.8%, Republic of Korea + 88.1%, Uzbekistan + 75.4%, India + 70% and China + 56.9%
