In June 2018, 727,385 international travelers visited Georgia. Increase compared with the same period of the previous year is + 13.8%.

The number of visits by international visitors reached 606,792, an increase of + 14.2%. The number of tourist visits reached 399,989, which is 68,550 more than the June 2017 (growth + 20.7%).

The highest number of international visitors was observed from Russia (+ 27.5%), Azerbaijan (+10%), Armenia (-5.5%) and Turkey (+ 14.7%).

The positive trend is maintained in the direction of the EU countries, from where the number of international visitors is as followed: Netherlands +73%, Czech Republic + 72%, Germany + 63.6%, France + 44.3%, Poland + 36.7, United Kingdom + 32.5%, Italy + 27.2% etc. Saudi Arabia + 955.5%, Kuwait + 395.8%, Korea Republic + 192.8%, United Arab Emirates + 159.3%, China + 92.3%, Belarus + 56.9%.

According to the data of January-June 2018, 3,561,961 international travelers traveled in Georgia. Increase compared with the same period of the previous year + 13.6%.

The number of visits by international visitors reached 2,997,448, an increase of + 16.4%. The number of touristic visits reached 1,933,774, which is 359,930 more than the January-June indicator (growth + 22.9%).
