Georgian rescuers found the bodies of three Estonian citizens near Tetnuldi mountain in Georgia’s north-western Svaneti region on Monday.
The development followed a 24-hour rescue operation for locating the whereabouts of the group, the Georgian public broadcaster said.
Imedi TV reported earlier on Monday that their bodies had been transferred to the Mestia municipality of the highland region.
Local emergency and rescue teams were involved in the search, with a private helicopter also used in the effort.
