Hotel will be built in Tskhvarichamia. 

For this purpose, the state has allianted 25,796 sq.m. of land and buildings in Tskhvarichamia.

After the dismantling of the buildings on the site, at least a 10-room hotel and a multifunctional complex will be built.

Total investment amounts to 1,8 million GEL, and the investor must fulfill the obligation within 48 months.
