Courtyard by Marriott sign installed on The Alliance Palace facade in Batumi

Works on the Courtyard by Marriott sign on the roof of the Alliance Palace multifunctional complex in Batumi have been completed. The words "Courtyard by Marriott" are spelled out in black color against white background, on both sides of the building at an altitude of 135 metres and conform to the globally recognized Marriott standards and brand book requirements.

The letters are several metres in height and have been manufactured by using modern technologies and LED lamps. The Courtyard by Marriott sign will appear black during the day and white in darkness.

All technologies recommended by the global Marriott brand have been used during the construction pf the Alliance Palace. This applies not only to the facade signs, but also to other infrastructural and construction details.

Project investment cost of the Alliance Group is 80 million dollar, it will combine all the infrastructure, which is characteristic for the modern complexes: underground and above-ground parking, swimming pool with sea water, spa, fitness center, cafes, restaurants, the biggest casino in the region and etc... For the construction of the complex is being used ecologically clean and energy efficient materials.

After the Alliance Palace, there in Batumi it will be the second hotel under the Marriott International brand. The global brand Marriott International unites more than 6000 hotels in more than 120 countries worldwide. The first cooperation with Alliance Group started in 2015.

Along with this project, the Alliance Group with the world's largest hotel networks works on three more ongoing construction projects: Alliance Privilege in Batumi, where Marriott Hotel is presented, Alliance Resort on Goderdzi Pass, which represents Ramada Hotel and Alliance Highline in Tbilisi with Wyndham Garden Hotel.

During the last 13 years, the Alliance Group has invested 200 million dollar in premium-class constructions and 210 million dollar in ongoing innovative projects.
