Ambassador Group to Build Balneology-Recreational Center in Batumi

A new balneology-recreational center will be built in Batumi. The investment project will be implemented by the Georgian company Ambassador.

The investment value of the project is $40 million. The center will employ over 600 persons. The majority of the employed will be local residents of Adjara. The architectural solution of the investment project meets modern requirements. Designing works were based on expertise conclusions of art specialists.

The project was modified, revised, and adjusted to the existing environment. The concept of the investment project comprises recreational zones, the external facade of the complex. The interior space will be fully greened and this component will expand the green spaces in Batumi. The façade represents a synthesis of glass and metal components.

The green effect of vertical plants of the façade represents a certain extension of the Batumi Boulevard’s green space. The investment project will create new job places and make an essential contribution to the development of tourism and the economy in Adjara.

Notably, Batumi Balneology-Recreational Center is the third major investment project of Ambassador Group in Adjara. In February 2021, in highland Adjara, on Goderdzi Pass, a modern-standard 5-star hotel will open with 120 suites. At the end of 2021, another building will open in the hotel with 230 suites. Ambassador Goderdzi will employ around 300 persons. The total investment value of the project exceeds $60 million. Noteworthy that Ambassador Group plans to create over 1000 new job places in highland Adjara and the total value of all projects exceeds $100 million.
