31-floor Batumi Multifunctional Residential will be launched in 2018. Currently, construction of 15 floors is completed. 15 000 square meters will be used for residence and rest of the space will be occupied for the hotel. Half of the residence has already been sold out.

At the same time, there leisure facilities and casino will be allocated in the building.  Considering the amount of hotel rooms, company will not pay for the casino license.

There will be 9 million USD invested for the hotel and it will be launched in spring 2018. It is not known yet which brand of hotel will be allocated in the residential.
