The company HMG (Horeca Management Group) plans to build a new boutique-style hotel in Kakheti.

As the founder of the company, Giorgi Papiashvili mentioned, the process has already started and the hotel will be opened in 2022.

"Even during the pandemic, we did not have a lack of projects, we are involved in various active projects, the launch of which is planned for the end of 2021 or 2022. There will be a 25-room chateau-type hotel in Khashmi, there is a wine cellar, a vineyard is cultivated on 4 hectares. The investment price of the project will be 3 million GEL."
